Growing up with two parents in the industry, Corey Smith, Loan Officer, was born into the world of real estate. A southern Maryland native, he graduated from the College of Charleston with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Historic Preservation and Community Planning. With his background in real estate, marketing, and customer service, and a passion for finances, it was a natural progression for Corey to enter the mortgage industry. Being able to provide clients with the best mortgage program for their individual needs is of utmost importance for Corey. Corey Smith’s mission is to make his clients loan process as streamlined, transparent, and as simple as possible.

When not working, Corey enjoys fitness, boating, going to the beach, and spending time with his family.
